House Search director Jacque Parker is a NSW licensed buyers agent and longtime property investor, as well as co-founder of the successful Australian investor education site InvestEd
With a background in investing, renovating and education she brings the benefit of strong communication skills, effective negotiation and organisation to her role as buyers advocate.
She enjoys an ongoing association with investor groups and is truly passionate about locating quality property for her clients that meet their specific needs, whether for home or investment purposes.
With a wealth of experience in investing, renovating and buying and selling residential property since 1990, Jacque brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as buyers advocate and strives to achieve outstanding results for her clients.
Jacque is a seasoned local, having lived in Sydney’s northern and northwest suburbs for most of her life, and brings the benefit of this local knowledge to her services.
She is also proud to be the winner of the REINSW 2009 and 2011 “Awards for Excellence” in the category of Buyers’ Agent, demonstrating both her committment to excellence and dedication to her clients. As a finalist in the REIA National Awards in 2010 and a finalist in the 2010 REINSW awards as well, her commitment to outstanding service has been recognised by her peers in the industry.

Buyers’ Agent Catherine McGowan is a NSW fully licensed real estate and business agent, with her foray into real estate dating back to 1992.
Catherine’s extensive experience includes the following scopes of practice: buyers agency, real estate sales, accounting, trust account and compliance auditing, complaint and dispute resolution (REINSW) and industry training.
Catherine also holds a Bachelor of Business degree and has developed highly efficient record-keeping practices, that ensure she considers every single suitable property for her clients, and maintains impressive ongoing contact with both clients and selling agents at all times.
Catherine is an impressive communicator and negotiator, and strives to go the extra mile for her clients in achieving outstanding results. She is a consummate professional and is passionate about helping home buyers and investors alike to locate the right property for their needs.
