Director: Jacque Parker

House Search director Jacque Parker is a NSW licensed real estate agent and longtime property investor.  Very actively involved within the industry, she was the Past-President (2012-2015) of REBAA (Real Estate Buyers Agents Association) Australia’s only national industry body for buyers agents, and also was active on the REINSW Buyers Agents Chapter as Deputy Chairperson for over a decade.  She is also a trainer and assessor with REINSW and is passionate about the buyers agency industry and helping buyers to achieve home ownership or investment goals.

Running House Search Australia since 2005, alongside a substantial personal property portfolio and more than two decades of renovating experience she brings the benefit of solid communication skills, effective negotiation and organisation to her role as buyers advocate. Jacque also holds a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education degree and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and uses these skills effectively in her role in educating consumers and clients alike on all facets of residential property investment and purchasing.

With a wealth of experience in investing, renovating, developing and buying and selling residential property since 1990, Jacque brings a great history of knowledge to her role as buyers advocate and strives to achieve outstanding results for all House Search clients. Her articles and interviews appear regularly in the media, as her opinion is often sought on all things property-related.

She is also very proud to be the winner of multiple REINSW  “Awards for Excellence” in the category of Buyers’ Agent, demonstrating both her commitment to excellence and dedication to her clients.  As a finalist in both the REIA National Awards  and state REINSW awards as well, her commitment to outstanding service has been well recognised by her peers in the industry.

Buyers’ Agent: Sarah (Sally) Schinckel-Brown

Buyers’ Agent Sarah Schinckel-Brown is a NSW licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, having worked with some of Sydney’s most well-known and regarded real estate agents.

Coming from a diverse background, she has spent the last 25 years juggling her passion for real estate with managing her family’s very successful arts production company and finds the challenge of seeking suitable property for clients highly rewarding. Whether for home ownership or investment, Sarah possesses the skills and patience required to search, locate and negotiate the right property for every client in a highly diligent and effective way.

Due to her outstanding communication skills and in-depth knowledge of her local Sydney property market, she brings a high level of personal service to her role as buyers’ advocate.  She is diligent, reliable and persistent in her goal to obtain an outstanding result for each and every client.

Assistant Buyer’s Agent: Bronte Parker

Assistant Buyers’ Agent Bronte Parker is a NSW certified assistant agent with a keen interest in all things property.  Living and having grown up on Sydney’s north side, she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

With a background in architecture and currently also studying part time towards a Masters of Architectural Science, Bronte brings a discerning eye for detail and design to the House Search team, understanding the importance of thoughtful construction and liveability of residential spaces. She also possesses a keen interest in sustainability and how this impacts housing.

Working alongside Director Jacque, as well as supporting the team, her fresh energy, efficient organisation skills and systemised approach ensures the property buying experience is a smooth journey for all clients.  She is passionate about helping find the ideal property for clients and looks forward to working alongside a variety of home buyers and investors.
