This was our first time using a buyer’s agent to perform a full property search. We were really surprised by the high quality professional services House Search provided. As interstate buyers, we really didn’t have sufficient knowledge of the Castle Hill region and could only select target areas purely based on data analysis…difficult especially in a hot market like Sydney. Both Jacque and Cathy provided lots of valuable information and advice during this search which helped us build a complete view of the local market and demographic structure.

Cathy provided a wonderful one-on-one service for us, and we felt so privileged. As I was very busy at work, I didn’t have time to really think about anything else. Cathy spent lots of time answering my phone calls or replying my emails during the night.

During the search, the first property Cathy recommended was a villa. It was a perfect investment property in all aspects. We became emotionally attached to this property and when the price went above its value, Cathy provided very subjective advice to pull us out of the crazy price bidding. We felt so grateful that a real-estate professional was working with us at this time.

The final property we purchased was recommended by Jacque and Cathy. It is close to everything. Cathy spent lots of time communicating with the selling agent and the owner to insure a very smooth purchase. Our property was rented out the day after settlement. We just cannot believe that everything went so smoothly. We really believe the service provided by House Search was worth every single dollar.
